Why there is no direct exchange after delivery
An exchange means a piece goes out before the first one is checked. For intimate wear, the returned piece has to pass QC (new, tags on, no wear, wash or smell) before anything is credited, because a used piece cannot go to another woman. Store credit closes the loop cleanly: you get the value the moment QC passes, and you reorder whatever you want, the same set in another size or something else entirely. The credit never expires, so there is no pressure to decide that day.
The wrong-size return, step by step
- Try it on over underwear with the tags attached. Do not wash. Do not wear it for the evening "to see".
- Within 7 days of delivery, WhatsApp Maya with the order number and a clear photo of each piece with its tags visible.
- Our team confirms and books a free doorstep pickup. Pack it in the original pouch; the courier brings the label. Do not send it yourself.
- QC usually within 48 hours of arrival. Pass = store credit on WhatsApp and email.
- Reorder the right size with the credit. Plain opaque box, COD if you want it, again.
What the credit covers
The price you paid for each returned piece after any discount on the order. The COD charge is not refunded on a size return. If the return drops your order below a free-gift threshold, the gift goes back in the same pickup. Accessories (toys, BDSM gear) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged or wrong.
Reorder smarter: get the size right the second time
- Too tight in the band, fine in the cup: one size up; the cup usually scales with it in sets.
- Cup spills, band fine: pick a set that lists bigger cups or an underwired option in the next letter; or move to a strappy set where straps adjust.
- Babydoll tight at the hip: size up; babydolls are graded on bust and hip.
- Bodysuit "to XL" does not stretch enough: choose a "to 3XL" or "to 5XL" piece.

Before the second order: three checks
- Which half was wrong? Bra half: change the letter or switch to a strappy set. Panty half: go by hip, or pick a thong or low-rise brief, which forgive more than a high-waist brief.
- Is the fabric the problem, not the size? Satin with no stretch at the top of a size range feels a size small; the same letter in lace or mesh would have fit. Switching fabric can fix a fit without changing the letter.
- Does the listing's size line match what you are about to order? Read it again. "One size, stretches to XL" and "one size, stretches to 5XL" are different pieces.
