The honest version. No "please refer to our full terms and conditions" language anywhere on this page.

How we ship

  • Free shipping above ₹999. Flat ₹69 below that. Unlocks automatically at checkout, no codes.
  • Same-day dispatch, 1–4 day delivery. Order before 2 PM IST (Mon–Sat) and your prepaid order leaves our Mumbai warehouse the same day. Reaching your door takes 1–4 days after that — metros quicker, remote pincodes a little longer. To be dead clear: it ships same day, it doesn't land at your door same day. (Real same-day delivery exists too — Mumbai only, just ask Maya.)
  • COD takes one extra step. A quick OTP verification call from the courier, then it goes out. Adds about a day.
  • Completely discreet packaging. Plain pink sealed pouch, no branding on the outside, just a SKU code and your address. It looks exactly like any other fashion delivery. Nobody is going to raise an eyebrow.
  • Mon–Sat dispatch. Sundays we rest, and honestly so do most couriers.

Where's my order?

Three ways to find out, fastest first:

  1. WhatsApp Maya — +91 90823 01197. Send your order number and she'll pull live tracking in under 30 seconds. Genuinely the fastest support in Indian e-commerce right now.
  2. The Track Your Order link in the footer. Paste your AWB number, done.
  3. Email support@sinderella.in if Maya's somehow stumped. Reply within 12 hours, Mon–Sat.

When the courier messes up

It happens. Especially during sale season or when Mumbai decides to flood itself.

  • Missed delivery attempt? They'll try 2 more times over the next 48 hours. Message Maya with your address and best time — she pushes the re-attempt request straight to the courier hub.
  • Package stuck at a hub for 4+ days? Maya's system automatically escalates to BlueDart / Delhivery / Shadowfax on your behalf. You don't have to chase anyone.
  • Need to change the delivery address? Possible right up until "Out for Delivery." Just message Maya with the new address. No charge.

What we will never do

  • Write "lingerie," "intimate," or anything remotely revealing on the package. Not even a hint.
  • Call you from a Sinderella-branded number. Any calls will come from the courier's own number only.
  • Share your address or personal details with anyone except the courier delivering your order.
  • Send tracking SMSes that mention what's inside. It'll just say "your fashion order is on its way." That's all anyone around you needs to know.
