We don't do returns on opened intimates. This keeps your price at ₹499, not ₹1,499. And it means the piece you're unwrapping has never touched another human being. That last part? Non-negotiable.

We get it. Buying lingerie online is basically an act of faith. What if the size is off? What if it looks different in real life? What if your mother-in-law asks what's in that pink pouch?

Why no returns — the honest version

Every brand that accepts returns on opened intimates is quietly charging you for it — reverse pickup, re-checking used pieces, writing off the ones they can't resell. All of that gets baked into every ₹1,499 price tag on their website.

We passed on that whole system. Which is how a piece that costs ₹1,499 elsewhere costs ₹499 here.

And the part nobody says out loud: those brands steam the returns, re-wrap them in fresh plastic, and ship them to the next person in line. That's the industry default. We're not doing that to you. The piece you open was packed for you, specifically — straight from our QC table, hygiene seal untouched by anyone.

That seal is honestly worth more than the lace.

What we can't do

  • Refunds on delivered orders
  • Size or colour swaps — because then it never ends, for anyone
  • "I panicked and picked red" returns — deeply sympathetic, truly cannot help on this one

What we absolutely will do

Wrong item arrived? Something came damaged?

That's on us. Full stop. We'll send you the correct piece, hygiene sealed, no arguments and no forms to fill.

The 48-hour window is real, not just a policy line. After that the courier trail goes cold and we genuinely lose the ability to act on it.

Changed your mind before we shipped?

Completely fine. Message Maya and we'll cancel instantly — as long as the AWB hasn't been generated yet (usually within 4 hours of ordering). Full refund, no guilt trip.

Once the courier has it, the order's locked and everything above applies.
