Because of the intimate nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on any lingerie, roleplay outfits, or love toys once the packaging seal is broken or the product has been tried on.
This policy is in place to protect our customersβ hygiene and safety, and we hope you understand that once these items leave our warehouse, they cannot be resold or restocked for sanitary reasons.

Our team will quickly review and assist you with a replacement or store credit where applicable.
