🚫 The Real Talk: What We CAN'T Take Back

Lingerie, Love Toys, Accessories are final sale. No returns, no exchanges, no exceptions.

Look, we know it's not ideal, but here's the thing: these items get extremely up close and personal. Even if you swear on your favorite rom-com that you never wore it, we literally cannot verify that. And neither can you prove it to the next person who might receive it.

Think about it: Would you want to order a babydoll or intimate toy that someone else might have tried on, tested, or "just checked the fit" of? Yeah, we didn't think so.

Hygiene isn't negotiable—it's non-optional. We're not about to play Russian roulette with intimate products. Your safety (and everyone else's) comes first, even before your buyer's remorse. This isn't us being difficult—it's literally industry standard worldwide for intimate apparel and pleasure products.

✅ What You CAN Return (Everything Else)

For non-intimate items like Swimwear:

You get 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Just head straight to our Return Portal—no begging, no emotional speeches, no guilt trips:

📦 The Return Process (For Eligible Items)

Step 1: Submit your return request through the portal.

Step 2: Our courier partner Delhivery will pick up the parcel within 48 hours from your doorstep.

Step 3 (NON-NEGOTIABLE): At the time of pickup, you must click a picture of:

The return parcel (sealed)
The products inside it

This protects both of us. If something goes missing, we have proof. No photo = no return processing.

Step 4: Send the item back in its original condition:

Unworn, unwashed
Tags & hygiene seal intact
No signs of wear—no tan marks, deodorant streaks, makeup smudges, sweat marks, perfume residue, or anything sketchy

Step 5: Once it reaches our warehouse, each item goes through a UV scanner Quality Check (CSI-style—we don't play with hygiene). If the item shows signs of use, the return will be rejected, and you'll need to collect the package from our Mumbai Warehouse like a responsible adult. No arguments.

Step 6: Once QC is approved, we'll issue your Store Credit / Gift Card within 5–10 days (depending on courier speed). Your store credit never expires—eternal, loyal, unlike most situationships.

💰 Money Logic

Refunds/credit notes are issued for the discounted price paid, NOT the original ticket price (whatever's on your receipt).
Returns are issued strictly as store credit only. No cash refunds.
