Sinderella Return & Exchange Policy 💋

Sometimes it’s fireworks, sometimes it’s a plot twist. If your Sinderella piece doesn’t make you feel like a walking fantasy, relax—we’ve made returns clean, fast, and absolutely drama-free.

You get 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Once your request is placed, our courier partner Delhivery will pick up the parcel within 48 hours from your doorstep.
For safety and verification reasons (non-optional), you must click a picture of the return parcel AND the products inside it at the time of handing it over to the pickup agent. This protects both sides. If something goes missing, we have proof.

Send the item back in its original condition:
Unworn, unwashed, tags & hygiene seal intact, and no signs of wear—
No tan marks, deodorant streaks, makeup smudges, sweat marks, perfume residue, or anything sketchy.

When the parcel reaches our warehouse, each item goes through a UV scanner Quality Check (CSI-style, we don’t play with hygiene).
If the item shows signs of use, the return will be rejected, and you’ll need to collect the package from our Mumbai Warehouse like a responsible adult. No arguments.

Once QC is done and approved, we’ll issue your Store Credit / Gift Card, which takes 5–10 days depending on the courier’s speed.
Your store credit never expires—eternal, loyal, unlike most situationships.

Money Logic:
Refunds or credit notes will be issued for the discounted price paid, NOT the original ticket price.
The discounted amount is exactly what’s on your receipt / order confirmation.

Returns are always issued strictly as store credit only. No cash refunds.

Final-Sale / No-Return Items:
Intimate Love Toys are non-returnable & non-exchangeable (hygiene > heartbreak).
