The #1 reason women hesitate to buy lingerie online: "What if it doesn't fit?" This guide eliminates that fear. Here is exactly how to find your perfect lingerie size — no measuring tape required for some methods.
Bra Size: How to Measure at Home
What You Need
A soft measuring tape, a well-fitting non-padded bra, and 2 minutes.
Step 1: Band Size
Wrap the tape around your ribcage, directly under your bust. The tape should be snug but not tight — you should be able to fit one finger underneath. Round to the nearest even number.
Step 2: Bust Size
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it parallel to the floor. Don't pull tight — the tape should just touch your skin.
Step 3: Calculate Cup Size
Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement:
| Difference (inches) | Cup Size |
| 1 | A |
| 2 | B |
| 3 | C |
| 4 | D |
| 5 | DD/E |
Example: Band = 32 inches, Bust = 35 inches. Difference = 3. Your size = 32C.
No Measuring Tape? Try This
Use a piece of string or ribbon — wrap it around, mark where it meets, then measure the string against a ruler or scale. You can also use your existing well-fitting bra as reference — the size is on the label inside.
Babydoll & Chemise Sizing
Good news: babydolls and chemises are MORE forgiving than bras. They use standard dress sizes:
| Size | Bust (inches) | Waist (inches) | Hips (inches) |
| XS | 30-32 | 24-26 | 32-34 |
| S | 32-34 | 26-28 | 34-36 |
| M | 34-36 | 28-30 | 36-38 |
| L | 36-38 | 30-32 | 38-40 |
| XL | 38-40 | 32-34 | 40-42 |
| XXL | 40-42 | 34-36 | 42-44 |
| 3XL | 42-44 | 36-38 | 44-46 |
Pro tip: Babydolls are designed to be loose below the bust. If you are between sizes, the smaller size often works because of the flared design. For chemises (which are more fitted), go with the larger size for comfort.
Body Stocking Sizing
Most body stockings come in one-size-fits-most (covers S to L comfortably) thanks to stretch fabric. If you are XL or above, look for body stockings labeled "plus size" or "queen size" in our plus size collection.
Lingerie Set Sizing
For bra and panty sets, use your bra size for the top and your hip measurement for the bottom. Many of our sets come in S/M/L sizing — use the bust measurement as your primary guide since the panty usually has more stretch.
