We quality-check every piece and hygiene-seal it before it leaves us. The goal is simple: you open the pouch and love what's inside.
That said, sizing is personal and not everything lands perfectly. Here's exactly how we handle it — no corporate language, just the facts.
What can be exchanged
We offer exchanges on most items. The only exceptions — bodysuits, lingerie, bralettes, and intimate accessories — cannot be exchanged due to hygiene. This rule protects you as much as it protects the next customer. It doesn't bend.
Returns — what you actually get
- Every refund is issued as Store Credit with lifetime validity — it never expires. Take your time; come back when something genuinely catches your eye.
- Prepaid orders: Store Credit goes to your registered email or contact number.
- COD orders: Store Credit or Gift Card (COD charges themselves are non-refundable).
- Your credit lands within 48 hours of your return clearing quality check. Haven't seen it? Email us at sales@sinderella.in and we'll make it right.
How to start an exchange or return
- Visit: sinderella.in/apps/return_prime
- Enter your order number and registered email or contact.
- Select the item, pick a reason, choose Store Credit, and submit.
- For a defective or wrong item: upload a clear photo — it speeds everything up significantly.
Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Approved pickups happen within 1–3 working days. The parcel takes 4–8 working days to reach us after that, depending on your location. Quality check runs, and Store Credit lands within 48 hours of the item reaching our warehouse.
Before handing the parcel over: photograph or video it as proof. Hand over only the specific item the courier has come to collect — anything extra is outside our responsibility once it's in their hands.
Condition of returned items
Items must come back unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Pieces that fail the quality check are returned to you — hygiene is the non-negotiable line here.
Tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it?
Contact us within 3 days of the marked delivery. Courier companies stop accepting complaints after 72 hours — once that window closes, we can't fight the claim on your behalf. Three days. Don't wait.
Colour accuracy
Professional studio lighting means product colours can look slightly different on screen versus in your hands. The difference is subtle — it's not a defect and not grounds for a return.
